This is a classic Swedish Cheeze Pie served cold at a buffet table over the summer period. But I will promise you that it will taste as good any time of the year. Come with a Creme Fraiche dip, with dill, redo onion and lemon zest. Add a salad and bread and it is good for two people for a lunch or slice in 8 for a buffet/picnic.
