This is like a Tartar sauce, but in Denmark they add Curry Powder in the dip with Capers, Red Onion and Parsley. I also add Tarragon for a unique taste experience. A must for a Tofish, either on a Smörrebröd or with your Tofish fingers plate with Potatoes and cold Garden Peas (yes that is how we eat them).
